To survive and escape, you must build a camp, explore the nearby jungle, mountain, ruins, etc., trade with the locals, fend off monsters and cannibals, delve deeply into mysterious artifacts, and solve puzzles.
You need to be careful, as the island has a very dangerous atmosphere.
